There is a step guide in a separate chapter, which can be used to learn the steps in half time. This is great because the instructor does not have to slow down the tempo of the workouts to teach the steps in half time. The step guide is a fabulous idea and makes this DVD superior to most dance workout routines on the market. Because of my familiarity with dance DVD’s, I only had to do the step guide once, but it was very helpful.

All in all, I highly recommend this DVD for people who want some excercise with a lot of variation and a high fun factor.

In a world where silly reality TV seems to have taken over, it is refreshing to see a quality show out there like Lost. Lost is one of the few shows that hooks you in, gets you addicted, and takes you on this emotional journey with the characters. I give Disney a lot of credit for releasing such a beautiful DVD set. They really put much time and effort in to the Lost DVD sets and it really shows.

Season explores even more discoveries. The set will be presented once again in widescreen with a 5.1 Surround Sound along with Over 8 Hours of Bonus Materials including the ones below courtesy of the press release from Buena Vista/Disney.

In a word, Lost is really wonderful and much more.

It was the unexpectedly abrupt conclusion of the series after NBC unveiled its fall schedule last week, and Law & Order was nowhere to be seen. It gave us some closure to the season-long subplot about the cancer diagnosis for S. Epatha Merkerson’s Lt. Van Buren. And Olympic star and prima Law & Order fan Lindsey Vonn made a cameo appearance.
I liked that the final hour featured a pretty standard case for this 20-season-old series: an unstable blogger making death threats and pipe bombs. It’s up to Detectives Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Bernard (Anthony Anderson) to track the guy down, and for attorneys Cutter (Linus Roache) and Rubirosa (Alana de la Garza), and their boss Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston) to prosecute him.With Law & Order, there’s always either a ripped-from-the-headlines crime and/or a social issue to be addressed. This week, it was the difficult, unrewarding jobs teachers often have. The hour came down rather hard on teachers’ unions, I must say."""

Never being an HBO subscriber, I came to it late, watching all of the shows within the last two months thanks to Netflix. Seasons 1 and 6 were Blu-ray, but none of the rest are yet available in that format. The acting was superior up and down the cast and the scripts were always interesting. The characters' constant use of malaprops was downright hysterical, and I still laugh about the """"16 Czechoslovakians"""" the """"interior decorator"""" Russian soldier killed.

I wish that writers had not left some themes hanging. The bear sequence led nowhere. My favorite episode was Paulie and Christopher chasing the Russian in the Jersey Pine Barrens, but we never found out what happened to the Russian or who stole Paulie's Caddy. The most glaring undeveloped theme was Melfi's rape. You just knew Tony was going to avenge it, but it never happened. In fact, that event went almost nowhere. What, therefore, was the point? Perhaps writers have something for Tony to do if they ever reprise the show. (On a personal note, I wish Paulie had been popped. If anyone deserved killing, it was he. Aida Turturro's fine acting made me want to see her dead, too - like 100 times.) """
